How we handle your data.

This Privacy Notice explains how Inteqore Ltd (“Inteqore”, “we”, “us”), the company that builds and operates Beaqon, handles personal data collected through our marketing website at beaqon.io and through our interactions with prospective and existing customers.

Beaqon the platform processes customer, transaction, and screening data on behalf of our customers as a data processor. That processing is governed by the Data Processing Agreement in each customer's Master Services Agreement, not by this notice. 1. Who we are

The data controller for personal data collected via beaqon.io is Inteqore Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria. You can reach us at hello@beaqon.io for any privacy question, including data subject requests.

2. What we collect

We only collect the personal data you actively give us:

• Contact details you submit when you book a demo, email us, or fill in a form: name, work email, company, role, country, and anything else you choose to share.
• Correspondence you send us and our replies.

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on beaqon.io, and we do not build behavioural profiles from your visit.

3. Why we use it

• To respond when you get in touch, arrange a demo, or ask a question.
• To operate the website and keep it secure.
• To comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.

Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (running our business), performance of a contract (when you become a customer), consent (for any optional communications), and legal obligation.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the business: cloud hosting, email, CRM, and customer support tools. Each is bound by data processing terms.
• Advisors such as auditors and legal counsel, when necessary.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it. Correspondence is typically retained for up to 3 years; contract records for as long as required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and to receive a copy in portable form. To exercise any of these, email hello@beaqon.io. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority if something isn't right.

8. Changes

We may update this notice when our practices change. If a change is material, we will let you know before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
