Beaqon is a product of Inteqore Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria. “Beaqon” and the Beaqon signal-pulse mark are trademarks of Inteqore Ltd. All references to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Inteqore Ltd.

2. Using the website

You may browse beaqon.io freely. When you get in touch, book a demo, or share information with us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to share it on behalf of any organisation you represent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, mirror, scrape, or systematically download any part of the site.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any Beaqon software referenced on the site.
• Use the site to send unsolicited communications or automated queries.
• Interfere with the site's security, integrity, or availability.
• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

All content on beaqon.io — including text, graphics, logos, product screenshots, videos, and code — is the property of Inteqore Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We put real effort into keeping the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. Marketing content describes what Beaqon does and aims to do; specific performance, features, service levels, and commitments are set out only in the Master Services Agreement or a written proposal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inteqore Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
